Keo-Con 2025
A local history convention and symposium
Admission for Keo-Con is $25 for Friday or Saturday, or $40 for a two day pass.

The event will be held at First Christian Church, 3476 Main Street.
​
Area collectors will be present to share their collections and knowledge.
Vendors will be available featuring historic items available for purchase.
Local food vendors will be available in the parking lot.
Friday:
Doors open at 5 PM
6:00 - "Local Bands and Musicians" presented by Shane Etter
7:00 - "Black History in Keokuk" presented by Brenda Bradley
8:00 - "60 in 60: Local Architecture, part 1" presented by Neal Vogel
Saturday:
Doors open at 8 AM
9:00 AM - "Transitioning to War on The Western Rivers" presented by Chuck Pietscher
10:00 AM - "The Chappell Family in Keokuk and Associated Friends" presented by Jim Chappel
11:00 AM - "The Keokuk Teacher's Strike " presented by Jane Abell and Janet Fife-LaFrenz

1:00 PM - "Racing" presented by Shane Etter
2:00 PM - "60 in 60: Local Architecture, part 2" presented by Neal Vogel
3:00 PM - Keynote address "Supreme Court Justice Samuel Freeman Miller" presented by Dr. Michael A. Ross

Collectors
If you are a collector, we'd love to have you bring your collection to Keo-Con to share with the public!
There is no charge to display items during the event and collectors are provided with free admission to the presentations and other features of Keo-Con.
Collector booths will be 10 feet by 10 feet and will have a table and chairs available. If you need electricity for your booth, be sure to let us know.
